• 360 Power- The ultimate ride in indoor cycling, designed to build strength, tone muscles and burn calories. These classes will focus on the core power movements of cycling at elevated speed and resistance levels.

• 360 Endurance- You will be working with the goal to increase aerobic capacity and to resist fatigue. The session incorporates a combination of drills, mainly consisting of steady state rides where the focus is to maintain a specific heart rate zone for extended periods to create mental toughness.

• 360 Intensity- This is the mother of all classes. You WILL be operating in the extreme upper levels of your maximum heart rate followed by periods of low intensity recovery work. Enhance your performance in speed and build resistance to fatigue.

• 360 Solo-Private sessions are available at all levels from beginners to trained athletes. The sessions are designed to address the client's specific needs, weight loss, tone, perfect form and technique, or to prepare for an upcoming event.

**360 recommends beginners take 1-2 private classes to introduce them to the exciting world of indoor cycle, and to familiarize themselves with the different techniques required to participate in class.
