Welcome to 360 Spin Studio! By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable ₱5,000 deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be settled at least 5 days before the event or on the day of the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. No Cancellations of the event date. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
By using our service, you grant us permission to use photos/videos taken during your event for promotional and marketing purposes. Let us know in writing if you’d prefer not to.
Client Responsibility:
The client is responsible for ensuring the event venue has sufficient space, electricity, and access for equipment setup. Any venue restrictions must be communicated in advance.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemic lockdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, deposits may be transferred to a future booking.
Damages & Safety:
The client is liable for damages caused by guests to our equipment. For everyone’s safety, intoxicated or rowdy guests may be refused use of the booth. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Privacy Policy
At 360 Spin Studio, your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What We Collect
• Personal details: Name, phone number, email, event details, location
• Media captured during your event (videos/photos)
• Site interaction data (if you use our website)
How We Use It
• To manage and fulfill your bookings
• To communicate with you before and after your event
• To send marketing updates, promos, or follow-up messages (you can opt out anytime)
• To showcase event highlights (if you gave consent)
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Content may be shared on our social media or website only for promotional purposes.
Security
We implement safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure email practices. If you want your content removed from our site or socials, just email us at [email protected]
Booking & Refund Policy
Policy:
• Down Payment: Required ₱5,000 to confirm booking (non-refundable).
• Full Payment: Must be completed before event day (or day-of by special agreement).
• Reschedules: Allowed once, at least 7 days before event.
• Cancellations: No refund, but rebooking may be allowed for emergencies.
• Add-ons: Must be confirmed and paid at least 3 days prior to event.
